The name “Curijo” is our own word meaning ‘family’
Motivational Maps is a tool that empowers conversations and performance engagement strategies. They are available for individuals and teams aligning strategy and the development of high focused and performing, connected teams, better leveaging diversity in motivation and skills.
Curijo Pty Ltd was engaged by the Department of Social Services to assist the multicultural and Communities Branch improve productivity and staff well being.
The Multicultural and Communities Branch comprising around 40 staff, required an approach to individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds, improve motivation and move away from a siloed approach to their work.
The Motivational Map workshops enabled greater staff understanding of collaboration, what motivates, what doesn’t and established ways of working in a complex environment. This provided ana effectives starting point for the branch strategic plan.

Curijo acknowledges the Ngunnawal people as the Traditional Owners of Canberra and the region on which Curijo’s office is located.
We recognise and respect that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the first peoples and traditional owners of this country. We pay our respects to Elders both past and present and extend that respect to all Indigenous peoples of this land. We acknowledge the rich and diverse cultures and the long history of Indigenous Australia. We understand the important role of maintaining these rich cultures and the ongoing relationship with the land.
