Bill is an Aboriginal man who identifies with the Wiradjuri People of NSW. Bill has significant experience in public and community service and is committed to social justice, equity, and equality. Bill is a Senior Aboriginal Consultant at Curijo in the Adult Education Team. Bill’s work is underpinned by Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, as well as training in Mediation, Child Protection, and Investigation.

Bill’s specialised experience includes working across varied positions including direct service delivery with vulnerable children, young people and families as a caseworker and manager, Senior Policy Officer with NSW Ombudsman and NSW Attorney General’s Department, CEO of AbSec and Senior Investigator with the Office of Fair Trading. Bill has extensive experience supporting the needs of Aboriginal people to overcome disadvantage. Bill works in consultation with both Aboriginal and non-Indigenous people and agencies to achieve improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through genuine engagement and collaboration. Bill has extensive experience in designing, developing, and facilitating adult education solutions.
